| | Abstract: | This invention relates to a new type of device capable of separating a mixture of dry solids or solids mixed with a fluid into different portions each having similar magnetic properties. The novel feature of the invention lies in a new spacial arrangement and in a new design of the media creating the magnetic field which reduce the initial and maintenance costs for the equipment.
